HB Residences, Halong Bay

HB Residences is a high-end residential complex located in the UNESCO World Heritage-listed area of Halong Bay in Vietnam on a peninsula surrounded by a picturesque bay. The idyllic position affords unobstructed and close-up views of the spectacular limestone islands of Halong Bay. The vision for HB Residences was to develop a landmark destination of international standing and to construct the complex with a high use of sustainable materials, trees and greenery to create a living and welcoming complex and community that embraces modern lifestyles and curated experiences.

OEO Studio worked on the masterplan, the architectural concept and on the interior design scheme for 600+ units in close collaboration with a local team of architects and with the landowner.
